Scott Edwards
Director and Executive Producer
Based in Austin, Texas, Scott Edwards directs and shoots documentary-style content for brands including Cadillac, Microsoft, Autodesk, Asana, and Texas Monthly. He is also a shooter and field producer for the Emmy Award-winning series Texas Monthly Presents: The Story and produces exhibition films for the Bullock Texas State History Museum. His background as a painter continues to shape the visual language of his filmmaking.
Scott has interviewed hundreds of executives, entrepreneurs, and working professionals across industries ranging from technology and engineering to drag racing, rodeo, and cattle ranching.
Scott discovered Firefly Aerospace in 2016 and began documenting the company’s journey as a space startup with exclusive behind-the-scenes access. Nearly a decade later, Scott is releasing his debut feature documentary, To the Black.

As a producer and cinematographer, Matt has worked on narrative features, documentaries, true crime series, reality, cable news, and everything in between. His work has appeared on CBS, Discovery ID, CNN, YoutubeTV, and FOX, just to name a few.
Matt is also a shooter on the Emmy Award Winning television show Texas Monthly Presents: The Story

As the resident Senior Editor at Merit Productions, Angelica edits commercial content for brands and episodic content for television including the Emmy Award winning show Texas Monthly Presents: The Story.
To the Black is Angelica’s first feature film.
